BLUEBERRY EARL GREY PIMM’S CUP

DRINK ENGLISH.

With the help of homemade Blueberry Earl Grey Liqueur, this recipe provides even more English influence to one of the great summer mainstays of London.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Pimm’s
1 oz. Blueberry Earl Grey Liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Club soda

Instructions:
  1. Combine Pimm’s, Blueberry Earl Grey Liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
  4. Top off with club soda.
  5. Garnish with blueberry, lemon and mint.
