FIZZY DOG

A BUBBLY CONCOCTION.

This effervescent cocktail combines ruby red grapefruit juice and Angostura bitters, then tops it with bubbly club soda for a carbonated delight.

Ingredients:

1 oz. EVERCLEAR® Grain Alcohol
3 oz. Ruby red grapefruit juice
1 oz. Club soda
Dash of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
  1. Combine EVERCLEAR, grapefruit juice and bitters in a shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Pour into rocks glass full of ice.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
