TIMES SQUARE

AN ATTRACTION FOR MANHATTAN ADVENTURISTS.

Like the real Times Square, this cocktail is part of the Manhattan family. It features bourbon or rye, sweet vermouth and aromatic bitters, but takes on more of a dessert profile with the help of cherry liqueur and Chocolate Liqueur.

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. Bourbon or Rye
½ oz. Homemade Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz. Sweet vermouth
¼ oz. Cherry Liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters (or Aromatic Bitters)

Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixer filled with ice.
  2. Stir until fully chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.
