WAGON WHEEL MANHATTAN

RUSTIC SPLENDOR.

Take this Big Apple drink to the countryside with rolled-oat-and-vanilla-infused liqueur, Demerara sugar and a few dashes of Angostura bitters.

Ingredients:
  • ½ oz. Moon Dance Wagon Wheel Infusion
  • 1 ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. Water
  • 1 Drop Cherry Juice
  • Demerara Sugar, for Rim
  • Cherry, for Garnish

Instructions:
  1. Rim cocktail glass with Demerara sugar.
  2. Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir.
  3. Strain into sugar-rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
