BOOZY PEANUT BUTTER

Packed with peanutty goodness.

Punch up your peanut butter cookies, peanut butter bars and other nutty recipes with our Boozy Peanut Butter.

Ingredients:
1 c. Everclear Infused Peanuts
1 c. New Shelled Peanuts
½ tsp. Coarse Salt
1 tbsp. Peanut Oil
1 tbsp. Honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place infused and new peanuts on a parchment-lined sheet pan and roast for 10-15 minutes.
3. While still warm, place peanuts in a food processor with blade attachment and blend for 3 minutes. Stop to scrape the sides once or twice.
4. Add salt, peanut oil and honey.
5. Blend for 3 more minutes, stopping to scrape the sides once or twice.
