CARROT CAKE INFUSION

LET THEM DRINK CAKE.

Capture the sweeter flavors of Fall with our classic Carrot Cake Infusion.

Ingredients:

  • 500mL Butter Washed Everclear
  • 1 c. Shredded Carrots
  • ½ c. Pecans
  • ½ c. Raisins
  • 1 Vanilla Bean, Cut in Half Lengthwise
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealed mason jar.
  2. Place in refrigerator and store for at least two weeks. Shake occasionally.

Pro tip: Place ingredients in a spice bag for easy removal.

Use to add some zip to our Carrot Cake Shot.
