DIY EUCALYPTUS & LAVENDER AROMATHERAPY SHOWER SPRAY

RELAX AND RE-ENERGIZE.

Grab your favorite essential oils and combine with EVERCLEAR®and water to create the perfect at-home spa experience.

Equipment & Materials:

12 oz. spray bottle
1/2 c. EVERCLEAR® Grain Alcohol
35 drops Lavender Essential Oil
18 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
1 c. Water (approx.)

 

Instructions:
  1. Combine EVERCLEAR and essential oils in a glass spray bottle. Replace the lid and shake well to disperse the oils in the alcohol.
  2. Fill the rest of the way with water (approximately 1 cup). If using a smaller bottle, try to keep the ratio of 1 part EVERCLEAR to 2 parts water, as best you can.
  3. To use, turn the shower on hot and let the bathroom fill with steam. Spritz the aromatherapy mist 2-3 times into the shower and allow the scent to diffuse throughout the air.
