Lemon Extract

Ingredients: 

  • 1 c. EVERCLEAR® Grain Alcohol 
  • 8 Lemons (zest, no pith) 

Instructions: 

  1. Place Everclear and fruit peels in a clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 8-10 weeks.
  3. Strain to remove peels and bottle the extract.
