MARSHMALLOW INFUSION

FLUFFY, AIRY AND DOWNRIGHT DELICIOUS.

Draw out the fluffy, sweet goodness of marshmallows with this easy infusion.

Ingredients:

1 C. (or enough to submerge marshmallows) Everclear®
2 C. of mini-marshmallows
Cheesecloth
Mason Jar

Instructions:

1. Put marshmallows into a mason jar
2. Pour Everclear into the jar over the marshmallows until covered, attach lid and set aside for 24 hours – shaking ever so often
3. After 24 hours, take a spoon and skim off the layer of white foam that has formed on top of the liquid mixture
4. Using the cheesecloth, strain the liquid from the mixture into a lidded container for storage – keeps for 2 weeks refrigerated
