Mint Extract

Perfect for baking, cooking, or mixing up refreshing beverages, EVERCLEAR® mint extract adds a burst of fresh flavor to your creations.

Ingredients:

  • ½ c. Mint Leaves
  • 1 c. EVERCLEAR Grain Alcohol 

Instructions:

  1. Place mint leaves in a clean mason jar. 
  2. Using a muddler, crush them gently to release the oils.
  3. Pour EVERCLEAR into the jar and push the mint leaves down to keep them submerged.
  4. Store in a cool dark place for 30 days and shake occasionally. 
  5. Strain and store in a lidded bottle in the pantry.
