A Mo’ Savory Mojito

For those who say a mojito requires mint, this cocktail politely disagrees. The flavors of grapefruit, rum and rosemary combine perfectly to help you forget everything you thought you knew about the Havana classic.

POMPELMOCELLO ROSEMARY MOJITO

Ingredients:
1 oz. Pompelmocello
1 oz. White rum
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 Rosemary sprig
Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Combine Pompelmocello, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and rosemary in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
  4. Top off with club soda.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
