Featuring Raspberry Limoncello and a ruby port float, this combination of influence from Italy and Portugal showcases why borders are best left blurred.


2 oz. Raspberry Limoncello
¼ oz. Ruby port
½ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
6-8 Mint leaves


  1. In a highball glass, combine mint, simple syrup and lemon.
  2. Muddle thoroughly.
  3. Fill with ice.
  4. Add Raspberry Limoncello along with more ice.
  5. Float the port on the top of the drink.
  6. Garnish with mint and raspberries.
