Everclear Grain Alcohol ½ oz. Real strawberry puree ½ oz. Lemon juice 3 oz. Sparkling rosé Instructions: Combine Everclear; strawberry puree and lemon juice in a shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously. Top with rosé. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon wheel. Batch Serving Ingredients: 4 oz. Everclear Grain Alcohol 4 oz. Real strawberry puree 4 oz. Lemon juice 15 oz.
