ROSEMARY BEE’S KNEES

PROVING BEES PROVIDE MORE THAN A BUZZ.

Combining the sweetener that never expires with a flavor you can never turn down, this gin-based cocktail marries honey with a few dashes of your homemade Rosemary Tincture.

Ingredients:

1½ oz. Gin
½ oz. Honey simple syrup (1:1 honey and water)
¾ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Rosemary Tincture
Sprig of rosemary (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Tips:

Honey simple syrup is made the same way as white simple syrup. Use a 1:1 ratio of honey and water. See our simple syrup instructions for more.
