Fruity. Flowery. Bubbly.

Whether you choose vodka or gin, you can’t go wrong when mixing it with hibiscus liqueur, sparkling wine and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Sure, this cocktail skews a bit feminine, but it’s downright tasty. Guys, close the blinds and lock the doors if you must, but we know you’ll be secretly sipping on this one as well.


1 ½ oz. Gin or vodka
1 oz. Hibiscus liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about half a large lemon) Sparkling wine


  1. Combine gin/vodka, hibiscus liqueur and lemon juice in shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Top off with sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with hibiscus flower (optional)
