Time to mix up your salad routine! This fresh vinaigrette uses Everclear to brighten flavors of lemon, ginger, garlic and more for a uniquely bold taste that’s easy to make.


½ tsp. Ginger (Peeled and Finely Grated)
1 Tbsp. Everclear®
½ Clove Garlic (Minced)
¼ Shallot (Finely Chopped)
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
¼ – 1/3 C. Olive Oil
Salt and Fresh Black Pepper


  1. In a small bowl, add ginger and Everclear. Let sit for one minute.2. When soft, add 2 teaspoons of thyme and sauté for another minute.
  2. Add garlic, shallot, lemon juice, vinegar and dijon mustard.
  3. Add olive oil while whisking the vinaigrette until desired thickness.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
